They charge by the square foot. They even put the pads down. They were cost conscious without being seeming lazy. They had told me a few things just so I wouldn't have to pay for it. They were hard workers but yet aware of budget. He did make suggestions about future cleanings about carpet types but I don't know what the materials are."

I was amazed at all the debris that was in the ductwork ( we had never had it cleaned since we built the house 7 years ago).
