They came over very quickly to look our water damage & figure out where the water was coming from. They quoted a great price to replace our 20 year old roof and communicated with us on all aspects of replacing the roof, giving us samples of roof colors, etc. Our new roof was installed yesterday in one day, by their very professional workers, with Frisby showing us photos of roof damage/repairs throughout the day!! "It was necessary to install a second set of windows for three of the five replacements, Aaron who works for Xenia Glass and Lock checked all the windows the day after the installation and took videos and photos of the windows in question. His work indicated that three of the five window were defective. The young men , Kolton and Hunter Fox completed the project for Xenia Glass and Lock by replacing the ones that were not working properly. Kolton was helpful by explaining how to open/close and clean the windows. He was also helpful in the adjusting blinds for me. "

"I wish I could give a positive review but at this point I can not & our door hasnt been installed as of yet We were scheduled for an install on 7/29 with an arrival between 8 am-9 am they arrived at 9:20 no big deal a little late At one point while assembling the door they noticed a defect We were told by the technician that if we accept the door with the defect it would void our warranty so my husband & I declined the installation & a new door was ordered I would have thought someone from customer service would reach out to us but they did not so I sent an email stating such I was told my email would be forwarded to the project manager & general manager The project manager called me within minutes of sending the email & we were told something totally different than what the installation tech stated Apparently they were told that the door could be installed & they could come back out & fix the defect when the replacement door arrived Words do not describe our anger"

"Owner, Matt, is not trustworthy and took money out of my account against explicit direction not too. Had to file police report and eventually money returned. Work was not performed properly and had to hire another company to lower and reinstall egress window with proper header support. They did not account for joist loads above window which was massive and only installed a 3/4” thick horizontal board where 8” thick was required per expert engineer. City confirmed it was not done right. He Tried to lie about number of rim jousts to try and get out of fixing properly. Owner lies and is a bully and also tried to charge extra without letting me know in advance. I would avoid this company."
