"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "In preparation to sell my mother's home located in Phillipsburg, Ohio, I contacted Stickler Home Improvement of Union, Ohio, located near Phillipsburg.   I needed to sell the home as soon as possible as my mother is now living in a skilled care facility.   Jeff Stickler of Stickler Home Improvement was very easy to work with. He was considerate, well spoken and very accommodative.   The entire house was remodeled and updated inside and out.
