Get matched with top chimney sweeps in Covington, OH

"I hired them to sweep the chimneys for my fireplace and woodburning stove. A tech arrived on time and was pleasant. However he admitted he was new to the company and industry and after looking at the fireplace and woodburning stove informed me that he was not familiar with the two systems and could not do the work. He took pictures and told me his boss- the company owner- would call me the following week to set a time for a more experienced person to do the work. They never called. I called twice and left messages that were not returned. I appreciate the fact the tech did not try and do the job he was not comfortable with and mess something up. However very disappointed they did not call back or at least return my calls. I guess they were not interested since it was a more challenging job."

"Very nice and polite excellent restucco the chimney and put chimney cap on top and surrounded a cage on top to prevent pest from getting in"

"Justin was hire to inspect the chimney. Which he did with his tablet and cámara. I was able to see the condition of the chimney and the work it needed. I explained to Justin that I would like for the job to be completed in three stages. He gave an estimate and prioritized the jobs. He completed the after he swept the chimney. They cleaned up the fireplace and the area rug very nicely. The estimate was very reasonable."

"Justin from Moseley Masonry & Chimney Sweep done a great job was on time and answer all the question I ask him. Would recommend to any one who need this job. Thank you, Pat Steffen"
