From the first initial conversation I felt at ease trusting their knowledge. They did not fast talk me or give reasons why the price may change or some other things I heard elsewhere. They called ahead of time to let me know they would be on time and they where. I have never had a tv mounted and did not know what to expect. To me the job seemed very tedious. Something that if it where my job it would of frustrated me but they took it on like professionals. They worked hard, was very precise and made every adjustment to make sure it looked right. Even when I thought they where done they pulled out a measuring tape and made sure it was right. Perfectionist! The price was great compared to other companies. There were a couple minor mix ups along the way but I just called and Travis took care of it and made everything right. He definitely provided excellent customer service which unfortunately is very rare these days. The installation technician was also very pleasant and took his time making sure everything was set up correctly. I had to reschedule several times but they were very understanding and accommodating.
