"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. "I met with Tyler for an initial quote to replace my old gutters, again to confirm finish color and to schedule installation. Tyler was extremely helpful with everything and we scheduled installation after I was able to paint the fascia. They were even able to reschedule for a quicker installation. The crew did an amazing job during the installation, even more so considering the odd footprint of my house. They maintained a clean workspace and had the job completed in about 6 hours including gutter guards all around. Total cost was reasonable and not much more than if I had bought seamed pieces from Menards or Home Depot to do myself (once you factor in labor of course). Overall, I am definitely happy with the entire process and will gladly use them again in the future."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
