I’ve never had issues with water getting into my house until this company put a new roof on my house. They started by stripping the old shingles off and installing a water/ice shield. That was on a Saturday. On Sunday, nobody came back out to finish the job. I texted the sales person I was working with at the time (who is no longer with this company) and he assured me that I was “water tight.” Water came into the house that night when it rained. Water came in through the attic and onto our living room ceiling and the most damage came in over a coat closet. When I called my contact, he was over within an hour and helping diagnose the problem, but the crew didn’t arrive for another hour. We ended up having to cut out a portion of the drywall to let it air out and then replace the drywall and repainted. Within a month of all that, shingles started blowing off the new roof in several different spots throughout the roof. I called again and the crew couldn’t come out for a few days. There were probably a dozen shingles that blew off the roof that needed repaired. Then, three months after that, after a snowstorm, water came running into the house again over the same coat closet. The damage this time was more extensive and I had to hire a restoration company to help with the damage done. This time, water spread to my dining room and all the way down into the finished basement. I have kept a close eye on the problem area every time it rains or snows and have continued to see water where there shouldn’t be. I have repeatedly asked this company to come out and get this fixed but the owner no longer responds to me. I am very unsatisfied with the work this company did and I continue to be unsatisfied with their lack of proper response to my repeated reach outs for help.

Cannot say enough positive things. Matt Campbell and his crew are outstanding and provided 100+% service and satisfaction. Hired them to repair blown off aluminum siding facia, also previously repaired and treated attic leak, and cleaned out our clothes dryer huge vents of which all were wonderfully done. This company gives great customer care in a most timely manner, with very fair pricing. We could not be happier and will definitely hire them.

I met with Tyler for an initial quote to replace my old gutters, again to confirm finish color and to schedule installation. Tyler was extremely helpful with everything and we scheduled installation after I was able to paint the fascia. They were even able to reschedule for a quicker installation. The crew did an amazing job during the installation, even more so considering the odd footprint of my house. They maintained a clean workspace and had the job completed in about 6 hours including gutter guards all around. Total cost was reasonable and not much more than if I had bought seamed pieces from Menards or Home Depot to do myself (once you factor in labor of course). Overall, I am definitely happy with the entire process and will gladly use them again in the future.

The team of Platinum Remodeling, LLC was a great team to do business with. We started off needing some flashing redone on our leaking area. After our own inspection we had some other services that needed to be done as well, and are all things the company provides! We were able to cross off 3 or 4 things on our list that we needed to do for our house. They replaced the roof, chimney flashing, gutters, and much more. The communication from day one was great (Matt was our point of contact and was great throughtout the whole thing). The work they did was very exceptional. There were a couple hiccups (some in their control, and some not) that happened, but after bringing it to their attention they immeditaly took action to resolve it and did. They did great work, they were transparent, quick, honest, and a company I would definitely recommend!

Very efficient work. It was done in a timely, well organized manner. We were pleased with results and found the price to be reasonable.

Rotted boards were not replaced! It was the only reason I decided to have the project done. They lied and said I did not want anything extra. No paperwork about that requiring my signature.

Platinum Remodeling did an excellent job and completed the job in a few days. They kept in contact with me throughout the job. They cleaned up everything and left the yard in as good a shape as before. I was very happy with their work and professionalism.

Platinum Remodeling has not only provided me with the highest quality product in my new roof, but they have also been my advocate in the struggle to get my insurance company to provide that quality product. My insurance company agreed to pay for a roof replacement after hail and wind damage, but their estimate was terribly low and did not include the neccessary costs to bring the roof up to current construction code. I chose Platinum Remodeling after doing a lot of homework; I asked 7 contractors for estimates, and I did my research on things like shingle warranties and venting techniques. Of the 7, Platinum was the only company that not only accommodated my concerns and questions, but they did it happily. Some companies tried to hurry me into a decision, calling often and asking me when I would sign; Platinum never rushed me. Where other contractors wouldn't remove my old turtle vents and fill in the holes, Platinum actually recommended it so that I wouldn't have the old open holes in my new roof. Platinum recommended continuous ridge vents, which are far more effective. Matt came to my home on several occasions and was professional and timely in person and with email. He answered everything I asked and he was forthright and honest. He explained the process to me, and did so patiently. Platinum also has a customer program to offset the out of pocket costs, which is a creative and very easy way to reduce your financial burden. On the day that I received my new roof, the crew was here on time. They did am amazing job of keeping the grounds tidy; their clean up service was impressive. At the end of the day, they spent a lot of time meticulously going over every inch of my roof's perimeter. I never did find any nails or shingles or messes that my dogs or children could get in to later. I know that I received the best service and the best roofing partner with Platinum. Despite my recommendation, my neighbors chose a different contractor who convinced the families that they would file their insurance claim for them, and even with the little I know from my homework, I can tell that they did not get what I did: there is no ridge vent at all on one of the roofs and on the other, the company didn't replace the old turtle vents and pipes, etc. Even as I write this two months later, Matt at Platinum and his crew are still advocating for me the RIGHT way with my insurance company for additional coverage of gutters and gutter guards. I recommend Platinum Remodeling 100%!! Your roof is a lifetime investment! Go with Platinum!

The job was completed well before the time frame that was given to me was up. Matt explained everything throughout the entire process so I could understand everything. After high wind damage to our roof and because of a referral from a neighbor, we contacted Platinum Roofing. Matt came to look at our roof within two days – very promptly as he was concerned about possible water damage. We had a lot of damage and Matt helped us navigate through the insurance issues - even meeting with the adjuster to support our claim. Matt spends time carefully talking everything through with you. They are very professional and respectful. High quality, excellent work. They also use the FEMA high wind installation technique - no extra cost and takes a bit longer for them. Shingles will sustain up to 130 MPH winds (which is what we knew we wanted and were impressed they already had been doing this type of installation for a few years). Installed ridge vents. Great attention to detail. Finished 3,400 sq. feet in 7 hours. I highly recommend Platinum Remodeling (Roofing).

Replacing my roof was a dream when I used Platinum Remodeling. They were professional and informed me off the process right from the beginning. From the first phone call to installation it wasn't even a weeks time. The installers took great care of my yard ornaments and flowers and cleaned up well after installation. I would highly recommend Platinum Remodeling.

A few years ago, I had my roof replaced as I was getting water in my great room during heavy storms. I called the company out multiple times as the problem seemed to be worse after the new roof was installed. Finally they stopped responding and now out of business. Recently, my neighbor noticed that my roof was sagging from an angle I couldn't see. I had multiple companies come out and they all said I needed to have flashing installed (which was done with the new roof). Matt came out and knew immediately that the issue was fallen rafters which caused the whole section to drop. Even my insurance adjuster disagreed so we cut a hole in the ceiling to expose the rafters. Sure enough, Matt was spot on and was able to prove that this indeed was the problem. The crew came in and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally. They even had their own removal vehicle so I didn't have to deal with a dumpster sitting on my driveway for two weeks! Thanks to Matt and the crew!
