They inspected the roof and found a damaged tile and flashing that needed replaced, they did the repairs the same day as the cleaning. "This is a hard pass for me. The first problem was, they did not show up when they were supposed to. I did not get a call. I had to reach out to them. I was informed the workers got behind and was not able to get to my house. Which ultimately that would not be that big of a deal. Except for when I reached out and said I was going to keep searching for somebody because I needed it done sooner. He assured me that they could put me on a Wednesday. The guy seemed nice. The price was fair so I approved the service. In this conversation, I asked for my grass to be cut at the shortest possible. It was not. My guess it was the longest possible setting. They mowed my grass on Friday. I had to borrow my friend?s mower, and mow it myself on Sunday. The grass in my backyard was so long when they were done, I had to go over it twice. The before picture in the photo is immediately after the workers left."
