"This matter is under review with Muth & Company Roofing, Inc.’s management team. Muth & Company Roofing, Inc. has agreed to pay (member name removed) request for payment of $242.00. She states she does not want to sign away her right to all current and future claims that may be capable of being asserted against Muth & Company Roofing. The Settlement Agreement and Release states the following "(member name removed) agrees to release, discharge, and forever hold Muth & Company Roofing, Inc. harmless from any and all claims, demands or suits, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated whether or not asserted in the above case, as of this date, arising from or related to the events and transactions which are the subject matter of this claim". This statement holds Muth & Company Roofing, Inc. harmless from the claim(s) (member name removed) holds regarding this specific subject matter described under Section 1 of the Settlement Agreement and Release. It does not go beyond that. The agreement simply releases Muth & Company Roofing Inc.’s liability related to the work performed by the other parties involved (found on Page 2 of the Settlement Agreement and Release). It should be noted that (member name removed) roofing project carries a labor and material warranty through Muth & Company Roofing, Inc and the Manufacturer, GAF. The release does not void any warranty coverage that was promised. If she were to have any issues and/or claims she needs to file, she can do so by contacting Muth & Company Roofing, Inc. directly. She also has the option to contact GAF Warranty Services."

"We are sorry you feel this way but our minimum charge is $275, this covers the cost of office employees, the trucks, the gas, the equipment and many more things that allow us to run as a company. We have standards of 50% down and 50% upon completion for any work we perform, that way any one you talk to would give you the exact same answer and covers our costs. We have been in business 28 years and this system was developed through the years. Sometimes people are late, yes you should've received a phone call and for that I am sorry. "Please enter what you would like the response to look like:We have this address in our database, but we have a different homeowner listed. Our notes indicate that our office received a call 7/1/19 for a smell in the attic, we scheduled a home visit, we were called back and told that HVAC came out and fixed a hose and we were no longer needed, we cancelled the appointment. We received a call again 8/5/19 stating she had a smell, we scheduled another visit, Kelly went out 8/6/19 and customer nor Kelly could smell anything. We also found out then that on 8/5/19 she had a filed a warranty claim with GAF. GAF always has us go out for claims under 2 years, roof was completed 4/12/18. We did go out again on 8/19 and it was 85 degrees and could not smell anything. We then called GAF back and told them we could not see any workmanship errors. GAF offered to come out for a full inspection and to have a air quality test completed, the customer refused to allow us to schedule any of this to be completed. She sent a letter asking how any of this would solve her issue, we are unsure what this customer expects and have tried to be as attentive as possible. The original contract was written 2/26/18, Kelly signed this contract on 3/23/18, we had an upgraded ventilation system in our proposal but customer refused any changes and wanted her power vent reinstalled, we did require a new power vent be purchased due to the age of the old one but our preference would have been the upgraded ventilation system be installed. As stated to [Member Name Removed] verbally and in writing GAF and Muth & Co. are willing to come out for a complete inspection as well as schedule an air quality test at GAFMC expense. We believe this is a required first step in solving Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s possible issues."

"This customer purchased the ESP through Angie's List, we had trouble collecting because he claimed he paid Angie's List, he did not. We did give bid for work that needed completed, including new gutters, soffit, fixing rotting wood, insulation and his chimney that needed work. He didn't have the work done. We did extended service plan and tried to call him to work out the estimate but he never called back after he found he was wrong on paying Angie's List. Unsure why he is unhappy as we did the work we contracted but he did not go with us for any additional work. ~Gina"

"Due to the weather we had to cancel and move several jobs around, we inadvertently sent the wrong job out on Monday. We did use additional material to complete the job including a split boot which is 4 times the amount of a regular boot. We did not charge the customer for this, which if we were only concerned about money we would have. Our concern was doing the job correctly even if it meant costing the company a little more money. In additional it is not necessary for a customer to be home as all of our work is done on the outside of the house. We do not feel it is our responsibility to pay a customer to stay home from work, that is their decision. The additional charges are for wood and a flapper vent, which the customer signed and agreed to pay. ~Gina"
