Arrival was as scheduled, technician very friendly and knowledgable, he found the problem and repaired quickly. Price was good considering that he came about 40 miles to do the work.

We have been very pleased with the whole process so far. Lance is very accomodating with schedules, his price is the best we found and the equipment is high quality. We are still training our pets but it appears the training included with our package is going to be all we need. It is obvious that Lance cares about the pets he is working with! We would definitely recomend Lance to everyone.
