"It was wonderful. Rosa and her daughter Katherine offered an estimate. They removed their shoes before entering, and of course were wearing masks the whole time, keeping 6 ft distance. We agreed on a price (3 bed 2.5 bath 2200 sq ft house not deep cleaned in years with 4 pets) of $220 for the first time deep cleaning. On the day of they were a few minutes early, brought all their own sanitized supplies, worked around the house wearing masks the whole time did every tiny detail (even washed up a few dishes I had in the sink awaiting the dish washer) and remade all the beds. They dusted every service, cleaned the oven, microwave, sink, baseboards, windows, and of course, floors, bathrooms, bedrooms etc. I felt totally safe, and my house has not looked this good in a very long time. I felt their price was exceptional- I had another cleaning service come and give me an estimate and they gave me an estimate of $325. I am happy they will be coming again in 2 weeks to keep it on track- and that will be a lower maintenance cleaning rate. Highly Recommend."

"They did an amazing job! They were very careful not to scratch our wood floors and removed their shoes while inside the house. They even wiped down the window sills. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned and they cleaned up all of the debris when they were finished. Thanks for a job well done! We will tell our friends to call Window Genie!"
