"Are use Paul Davis restoration back in 2007 they did a good job for me so I recommended them to my mother and they did a real real poor job they had work to do and let it sit for 14 days they were supposed to do some electrical work but they want to head and hung the drywall then the electrician had to come behind them and cut holes in the drywall The guy did the flooring he took and covered over the heat vents in the floor in the dining room and the bedroom and it took him days to finally come fix that The drywall work was real real poor after I complained to them they finally came back and fixed it the guy that painted the walls had flat spots where the drywall mud was and he said it just the way it is and after letting it sit for three weeks towards the end of the job and me complaining to them about coming over And completing things that wasn’t right they was demanding final payment or they were going to start adding late fees and interest onto it when the work wasn’t completed if I did not let my mother give them final payment she would still not have her house completed and they would have their money now I really hated that I recommended Paul Davis restoration to my mother that is disabled and she had to go through that beware they’re not the Paul Davis that did my job back in 2007"

He said it would be a while before he could get to it, and that It wouldn't be any time soon. I was on a monthly payment plan with Steve, and he seemed to hold that against me. He said that when I payed in full, $1,225.00, he would stand behind his work. So I paid in full. He came out, said it needs a new compressor again and he'd get right back with me as to when it would be repaired. Five days later, when I hadn't heard from him, I called Steve and he informed me that now it needs a new coil & valve for an additional $1,500.00. When I told him I wouldn't pay any extra since I've already paid $1225 for parts that are all UNDER WARRANTY, he hung up on me. Throughout this process he has treated me terribly, and each I time I tried to talk to him he hung up on me. With this being one of the hottest Summers in years-- I still have no A/C and I'm out $1,225.00"
