Are use Paul Davis restoration back in 2007 they did a good job for me so I recommended them to my mother and they did a real real poor job they had work to do and let it sit for 14 days they were supposed to do some electrical work but they want to head and hung the drywall then the electrician had to come behind them and cut holes in the drywall The guy did the flooring he took and covered over the heat vents in the floor in the dining room and the bedroom and it took him days to finally come fix that The drywall work was real real poor after I complained to them they finally came back and fixed it the guy that painted the walls had flat spots where the drywall mud was and he said it just the way it is and after letting it sit for three weeks towards the end of the job and me complaining to them about coming over And completing things that wasn’t right they was demanding final payment or they were going to start adding late fees and interest onto it when the work wasn’t completed if I did not let my mother give them final payment she would still not have her house completed and they would have their money now I really hated that I recommended Paul Davis restoration to my mother that is disabled and she had to go through that beware they’re not the Paul Davis that did my job back in 2007

Never ever use Paul Davis Restoration. The Paul Davis Restoration business has made poor decisions that have led me to make a poor review. I had wind damage on my house that happened in March of 2015. Wind ripped the ridge-vent off my home. I had rain damage inside my home off and on from March to September due to the ripped off ridge-vent. AllState insurance suggested Paul Davis Restoration and I went with their suggestion. I worked with (now retired) Dale. He was slow to call me back and had me wait to get things fixed through his vacation. He had his men finally come out and place a tarp on my house. Then weeks later in March they came out to replace the ridge-vent. In June it leaked again, in August it leaked again and so bad in September that the ceiling on a then 5 year old home fell in pieces to the floor. When they finally fixed the ridge-vent correctly they then sent in two very unprofessional painters to repair the ceiling section that had fallen off and painted my vaulted ceiling. While the men were here in my home they had a cussing argument with/at each other in front of me. It was a very uncomfortable situation and super unprofessional. Thankfully, there were no more leaks until two weeks ago, July of 2019. Unfortunately, when I reached out to Paul Davis Restoration they said they don’t have any paperwork showing they placed a tarp on my roof nor that they did any interior work. I asked that they look into it and I was informed by a man named Micha that they don’t have records from 2015 because they have a new computer system. Eventually, Doug the general manager got back with me and shared that he found a paper file but it didn’t have anything in it except that they took a ridge-vent off and replaced it. No paperwork in their land means it didn’t happen. What did happen in actuality is that Dale sent his men out to my house and hammered in, to my good shingles, nails that four years down the road have now rusted and leaked water into my house in a new spot. Don’t get me wrong I understand paperwork, files, and warranties. I understand how they help a business prove things were or weren’t done correctly and if a customer will get things that were wrong/damaged fixed. If a warranty had ever been discussed with me I was not aware of it and a time line of one year, four years, or any timeline at all was never shared with me. I have no paperwork due to it being processed through my insurance agency and they have nothing they can give me except the original case number from March. The general manager Doug was saying they can’t help me and I took my issue up to the VP Brian and he shared that labor and parts are only good for a year and that now four years later he cannot fix the new issue that I have because it’s not good for the business. I now have a stained ceiling due to poor workmanship from four years ago that has now caused this new leak. If their workers had replaced the damaged shingles and done the job correctly in March of 2015 I would NOT have this issue. Instead they just hammered the nails from the tarp into my roof and placed a sealant on them hoping that would do the job. When I told VP Brian that I was not happy with his decision to not help me he said he understood and told me that this situation sucks. I told him he will never get a good review nor a positive “word of mouth” review from me and that I will tell all my friends, family, and acquaintances NOT to ever use Paul Davis Restoration. I found a new roofing company called Coldstream Exteriors they are offering me a five year warranty. They are going to replace the ridge-vent and the shingles that the Paul Davis Restoration roofing company people ruined. I will be out $1,995.00 due to this issue that Paul Davis is not taking responsibility for. In closing, never ever use Paul Davis Restoration.
