"Made contact via email and received prompt reply from Bryan Schul. Arranged for him to come to my home to see the project and provide estimate. I met with other contractors as well and I opted to move forward with Bryan. He gave me helpful suggestions and together a proposal was agreed upon. He was able to accommodate my timeline as I did all of the demo and purchased the tile. Project included new flooring with inlay heating and new shower. He and his crew did a fantastic job and their attention to detail was superb. Curt was the primary tile guy on the job and he is truly an artist! We couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. It was clear from the start that ensuring customer satisfaction was a priority. I highly recommend Schul Tile and will use them again."

"If you are reading this review STAY AWAY FROM CHRIS GORMAN whatever you do. He is NOT a builder. He is an imposter, a delegator, a fraud, and a total joke. He will fool you into thinking he is a “dedicated” boutique builder, committed to quality and “personalized fashion”…. ALL LIES. He will over-promise and under-deliver. Once he has your money and your contract is signed- it’s over. You will then enjoy weeks and months of radio silence and unanswered calls, texts, emails, voicemails etc. He will fool you into thinking that he can create your dream home and that he can produce any customization that your heart desires. When in reality, he will bite off more than he can chew (with no intentions of keeping his promises) and then proceed to come back to you and make you feel guilty as of your “expectations are too high.” He will also make you use some ridiculous app for ALL communication called BuilderTrend. It is not user friendly AT ALL - and most of your communication (what little there is with him) will slip through the cracks. I left my home in Cleveland (along with my boyfriend and mother) to move to Cincinnati in August of 2021 because we were told that the house would be done in August of 2021. Christmas came and we still did not have a house and we’re forced to live in a hotel. Because he lied about the timing of the house and allowed his delusional circus of clowns continue to lie to me about the status of the house (even went so far as to lie to me about supply chain issues due to COVID that didn’t exist); my family suffered significant financial losses. If you are young or a female he will assume that your an idiot and take advantage of the fact that you may be naive when it comes to building a home. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. You are better off hiring Bob the Builder (Childrens fictional character) then this clown ? P.S. IF YOU NEED A FANTASTIC BUILDER GO SEE RON HENDRICKS AT RH HOME SOLUTIONS!!!"
