Jonathan fixed a leaking toilet for my main bathroom. He removed the toilet, replaced the wax ring, then sealed around the bottom exterior of the toilet. He also checked the basement area downstairs for any leakage damage from that toilet and advised that all looked good. He worked in a professional, timely fashion. He left the bathroom neat and clean and was knowledgeable and courteous while he was here. I would definitely call him for any future work and highly recommend!

Very good experience overall. Would absolutely use Graessle plumbing again as my call was quickly answered and they responded to all of my questions - including they arrived on time, did excellent work (that’s still is problem free), and even called me about a week later to follow up and make sure everything was still doing great. I must say I was surprisingly very impressed.
