The entire process was very smooth; from the initial consultation with Constance, who patiently took several hours to make sure we chose the right carpet/pad for our color scheme, but also discussed the differences in brands/price ranges/comfort, etc. We felt that she truly cared about making sure we chose the right carpet for our home. After the consultation, we worked with the Owner, Kathy Ranalli, who couldn't have been more friendly and professional. When we talked to her initially, and then again to set the installation date, the conversations were very comfortable, and we felt as if we had known her for a long time! The installation went very smoothly, and the installers were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient! We were enjoying our carpet just minutes after the installation.
