"I contacted Adam from Neatnics to inquire about his assistance in purchasing and installing 10 up-to-date smoke detectors throughout my house. The devices that had been installed in my home were not up to housing code, and also were not mounted in the proper locations throughout my house. Adam responded to my email inquiry promptly, and explained the various options that were available. This was very helpful because he did all the research for me, and I was able to make an informed decision based on my budget. Prior to selecting the appropriate equipment for my home, Adam consulted with my local fire department to make sure the devices were a brand that was recommended by the safety experts. On the day of installation, Adam walked me through each area of the house where the detectors were to be mounted to ensure that the smoke-detecting coverage would be sufficient; that the devices would not be eyesores in the rooms or hallways; and to reduce the likelihood of experiencing any nuisance alarms.
