Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. "We needed more space for organizing and storing the many tools, parts, and supplies that go into home maintenance. Having installed drywall in our smallish two-car garage we contacted CB's for a quote on their system. The owner came to our house, consulted with us offering suggestions for our particular needs and preferences. Later, we were provided with a suggested layout and invited to make changes and suggestions as part of the process. We accepted a plan, chose colors of the cabinet and slatwall surfaces, and placed our order. Within a week or so, the products were ready for installation. This is a one-man operation but not to be underestimated. The owner arrived with product, and a full mobile workshop. While he is sociable and friendly, he went right to work carefully and skillfully installing our cabinets. He even came back a couple of weeks later to tweek a detail that bothered him in his own work (needed to acquire a special tool). We are very pleased with the job. The cabinets are not cheap but we chose them, in part, because their construction makes them not only attractive but durable in a garage setting."

"ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Absolutely disrespectful! Had Jeremy come out to give me an estimate. I am in the market for a basic garage door, with no opener. My boyfriend is able to install a garage door opener and save approximately $200. I have received over 6 estimates from various companies. I do my research. I am well aware of the model number, brand, color, window and insert name, as well as thickness of insulation needed for my door. I don't want to waste anyone's time. I know what I want. After explaining this to Jeremy, he immediately accused me of being in the garage door sales business. He insinuated that I was getting a "fake" estimate to test the market. He stated that since my boyfriend can install a garage door, we must both work in the garage sales business. Absurd, I know. I assured him I/ we are not, and that I genuinely wanted an estimate. He was relentless. After being accused about 3 times, I felt uncomfortable in this situation and told him I needed to leave. I was getting this estimate alone, and was starting to feel very uneasy by his entire demeanor. Not only was he rude by being relentless in the accusations, but he also flat out called me a liar, when I told him I was getting a garage door opener with 2 remotes, and keyless outside entry for $200. He said if I could get them at that price he would buy stock and purchase all of them. OK, so now I admit I'm starting to get a little ****** at this time. I know he had no intentions on giving me a proper written estimate, so I handed him a sticky note with my email and told him just to email me a quote. When he was proceeding to get into his vehicle, I asked if he was the owner of the company- he said yes. I had every intention on reporting his actions to his superior. He left. A few minutes later, I call him. I wanted to let him know he if he "wanted to buy stock" in the garage door openers I have the model number and location of where they can be purchased. More or less, I wanted to prove to him that NO, I am not a liar. I called him out on how inappropriate his actions were and told him to rip up my email and that I will not be doing business with him. I did not let him get a word in edgewise- I hung up. Seconds later I get a text from him apologizing saying he had a bad day and didn't mean to come off unprofessional. I did not reply. I don't care if you’re having the worst day possible, this was no excuse for being treated this way."
