When I told him I only wanted to focus on four specific rooms, he seemed to get cold feet and started dodging my calls. He kept promising to send the revised estimate “that night” — multiple times — but it never came. Days went by with no follow-up. This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated. But Kramer’s was by far the most unprofessional, especially when it came to communication. If you want honesty, reliability, and respect for your time and money, look elsewhere."

I had problems in the main bath with ants and wanted all locations where pipes came in to be sealed. They worked out how to do this. I wanted these baths to look elegant and impressive. Adonis made all this happen. They always listened to my concerns and agreed with my choices. When glitches arose they were in my corner to work out the problems. They tightly scheduled the trades to minimize the time to complete the job."

The finished product came out better than I had hoped. Any issues or concerns I had, Ron fixed for me right away and made it right without trying to charge me for extras. I have worked with contractors in the past that stick exactly to the agreement and any slight extra they charge you for. The reality is, things change a lot during the process, and you find yourself wanting to changing things up a bit. Ron was very receptive to listening to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the finished product, and was very flexible with the original agreement making it easy to make these small changes on the fly. This is a family business, which means they treat you like family too. I look forward to working with the Kaye boys on our next project."

Gave us a quote and was paid $7,800 in October 2022 had excuses that we thought were legit and he stayed in contact till March 2023 when he was supposed to show up to start the jobs. Stopped answering calls and text from my husband and myself. He took our money and ran and is posting on social media him out at the bar. Sad you can't trust people anymore. Do not hire this man or his company."
