This company does an amazing job throughout the process. From picking out our stone, scheduling measurements, and installing all the way down to the price far surpassed my expectation. I am in love with the granite in my kitchen and I could not be happier. The crew that installed were very courteous and clean. We have used Grate Lakes Granite Works for our kitchen and Master Closet. We keep going back because their service is superb. Highly recommend. They handled both jobs with careful attention to detail and even though one job was much smaller than the other - both times they gave excellent attention as if we were their most important client - that is hard to come by!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely handled expertly. Everyone I worked with was courteous, honest, careful, informative, friendly and professional. The installers fixed something the previous company I hired to install a vanity top had not done correctly, and even leveled my electric range! They left everything clean when they left.

The installers were excellent! They were very professional....arrived on time and stayed on the job the entire time they were here. The job was finished within the approximate time they had quoted. The marble is beautiful! They cleaned up after they were finished and both installers were very pleasant and courteous. We plan on using them again in the future.

Amazing. They beat the price of Firenza Stone by half. I received their quote prior to telling them what Firenza Stone was charging. From template to install took one week. I needed to change my appointment and it was hassle free. Carrie and the staff are amazing, accomdating and very knowledgeable.
