"We had Chris come out to give us an estimate on adding a cover over our existing deck and tie it into our screen room. He was very professional on his discussion with us on different options and what we would expect to see when complete. His team came out and installed the metal cover in a very timely manner and answered all my questions while they were installing the cover. I would highly recommend using Chris and his installers for your next project."

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"I would highly recommend this company. We called for an estimate and Bill came out the same day and gave us our estimate, we signed the contract and work was started within 6 days. Greg, the installer of our patio cover, was excellent, you could tell he had been doing this for awhile. He had to make many cuts and he was a wizard with his saw! Work was completed promptly in 2 days. Excellent product for the money. We could not be happier with our patio cover."

"We hope to have the life expectancy described to us. The sales rep.,Jon B, was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to correct an issue we had with the retracting pole."

"Went to their store a month ago , they were supposed to come out and give me an estimate , have never seen or heard from them again , guess I'll have to get someone else to do the job !"

"Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

"Also hired them to replace a toilet, bathroom sink, sub floor, and dry wall surrounding the area. Had a water leak. The next morning I noticed a leak and they came out can fixed it that day."

"A well-itemized quote was delivered quickly. It was accurate & fair. Work began within two weeks & was completed in five days (both houses), Mr Rytov & his men were excellent - prompt, courteous, professional, tidy & very hard-working, They took great care with details - they cleaned & extended the ridge-vent, replaced rotted wood & replaced all flashing. They replaced the eave metal without any bends or dents. They protected our gardens & hedges - no damage. They also trimmed (at my request) a low-hanging limb that would have damaged the new roof. When a rainstorm popped up, they protected the unfinished roofs. They swept our yards with rakes & magnetic brooms to collect loose nails & debris. Based on this experience, we would recommend them without reservation - we plan to have them re-roof two duplexes that we own. Highest ratings! Five gold stars!"

"SMB Home Improvements do window work.  They were here maybe two years ago.  It's been a little while.  Nothing negative, my husband was actually home when they did it, I wasn't home.  But nothing negative.  I don't know the particulars.  I want to say he said they were really quick and efficient."
