As a new and small business local to Alliance, Ohio, we are looking to provide the community with incredible installations that will keep their word and hold true. Hall and Welch is a two-man crew, Gavin Welch and John Hall. As a young company, with 6 years of total training in floor installation, we are looking to increase our resume with incredible installs and certifications by leading floor manufacturers!
