"Great!! This is the 2nd time I have used SEJohnson Painting. The first time they removed wallpaper, patched plaster walls and painted my living and dining room, ceilings and fireplace. This time they painted all the interior walls and the doors and ceilings. The entrance to my foyer is about 18 ft. high. They painted the spindle stairway. There was no splashing. Great taping job. They cleaned the area well. But most important is that Justin and his crew were courteous, respectful, approachable, on time. They were a well-oiled machine. I can't say enough about them. Jennifer, their secretary was always pleasant , courteous, and helpful. Now the house looks fresh, bright. It is just amazing what a coat of paint can do! THANK YOU!!!"

"Do not do business with Mr. Level Stay away from Kyle Mr. Level Lousy ,unprofessional. Did not level properly. Reported issue and his employee came 07/02/2025 and spilled caulk all over pebble stones did lousy caulking instead of leveling the slab. Third time Kyle came 10/14/2025 ,showed him uneven slabs and caulk spilled by his employee and lousy work. He started to accused me of spilling caulking. Do not do business with Mr. Level"

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

"I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael quoted me an estimate, we set date for work, he was there on time, had the job done that day and he never quit until the job was finished. He has all the proper tools needed and he knows how to use them. My home needed electric improvements. He removed the old light in the kitchen and installed a new led light and installed a completely new ceiling light in my pantry. He then put in a new electrical outlet and switch for that room. Also changed old outlet in laundry room and put in proper new outlet/switch. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me out. He even replaced my recessed light bulbs that had quit working. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call them, they call you back, you set your appointment date, they are there right on time and when the job is finished, they clean up after themselves. I know I will be using them again in the near future."

"Once the green light for the project was given, our fencing project was underway. Doug had the utility company come check for buried utilities, and had materials delivered the morning his crew was starting. The guys set the footers on Day One and built the fence on Day Two. They cleaned up all their building supplies plus disposed of the fences that were removed. Not only do we love the fence, our neighbors do as well. The guys worked around trees, tons of tree roots, were respectful of the neighbor's garden, and cared about the quality of their work."
