"We bought a laundromat and had a serious problem with water on the floor, like flooding water. We had no idea how it was getting in. Brian Carroll was recommended by a friend and as soon as he took a look at the project, he knew how to fix it. We found out that there was a spring under our floor. Water was pouring out of it and coming up through the old concrete floor. Brian and his crew were able to fix this problem along with recommending several other things to do for long term maintenance, such as installing a sump pump. This was almost 2 years ago and we have had no problems with the floor at all. It is dry year round. We feel like the price was reasonable and no extra or hidden charges at all.
