"We had two water heaters replaced with a single tankless water heater. Lance from Apex came in and gave us a straightforward quote. "Owner Ken McGuire completed the work by himself when the project would have gone better with an additional worker. Ken under estmated the amount of top soil required - 12 cubic yards vs. 4 cubic yards. This required extra trips to get soil. Overall, I am satisfied and would use McGuire Property Services again for any type of landscaping services."
