I call to have the basement leak evaluated. He said they would be there Monday afternoon as it was not an emergency. Showed up as promised. Looked over the problem. Said may not be one just the grade of the dirt against the house needs to raised. Charged $35 for the call. Fair and reasonable
We had to have a new sump pump installed and the broke the seal of the Mitigation system to install it. I called and asked Bob to come out and re-seal it. He tried to walk us through how to seal it on our own but my husband indicated he did not have the tools necessary to be able to do it...
