On the phone Gerry told me that this was correct and if I wanted doors he would have to order them. I told him that he needed to stop right away. Because this isn't what we agreed too. My wife and I both knew that's what we wanted and that was what needed to happen. So, Gerry H the owner said it would cost me more than the original price quote. He told me that it would cost an additional $475.00 for each shower Two @ $950.00 I said you got to be out of your mind. I am paying you $9950.00 for a complete Master bath and you are going to make us pay $225.00 for entrance door with an additional $475.00 for shower doors. That's $700.00 more for just the master bath..! WOW!! You are out of your mind. I told him to stop we can't afford this because you also want $475.00 to put doors on the other shower. What a crook he is. He knew also going in that the floor in the main bathroom needed replace and that was in the agreement. He told the contractor just drop the base in and don't worry about it. The contractor told me he would never install a shower that wasn't safe. So, he did what needed to be done and what a nice job he did. Thank god for this contractor. I went in to talk to Gerry H. about these issues. I asked what kind of complete refurbishment of a Master bath doesn't include Doors. What a crook. I can't believe you want to be like this. You know I was told you were a good company by a friend. After talking to my friend they will never refer you again. I have a sister-in-law who needs a complete Kitchen and Master bath that needs done. Well she said she will go somewhere else, and anybody else that asks will be told to steer clear of G. H. Hurl Construction. aka Miller's Kitchen and Bath of Hermitage, PA. and any other name he might come up with. I have heard now three different people in his own employ tell me this isn't the first. When I talked to him about all this and how I felt. He asked me what he could do to change my mind. I said What, haven't you heard anything we have been telling you. I said what about the additional $925.00 dollars you are asking me to pay over our original quote. Look it is what it is. I have to pay bills to you know. I told him he was lucky to have honest employees. Because if you would have place that tub without fixing the floor we would have had a serious issue for which the courts would have been my option for intentionally causing a safety hazard. This guy can't be trusted. If he would do this to us who knows what he would do to others. I enjoy leaving honest feedback. It really is hard to leave a negative one. Because there are some really good, hard working people under this mans employ. They deserve to be treated as well as they perform there jobs. I would have given them a bonus. But, he cleaned me out. But, my sister-in-law has asked one to do hers on the side. Good for him! Job well done ! Respectfully Submitted:
