"We had experienced some water damage on our baseboards in the basement. I scheduled an appointment with Jack for a free estimate of necessary services. Jack arrived at the stated time and conducted a complete evaluation of the basement. To my delight the basement was found to be very dry and Jack recommended doing nothing at this time. Honestly, I would have believed someone less honest if told that my basement needed services. This company is very trustworthy and explained exactly why services are not warranted at this time. Have held onto his card and will call if necessary in the future. Would highly recommend because they are honest. This is one of those repairs that you really do need to trust what you're told without knowing too much about the process. Even if things don't go my way next time, I would be comfortable in the knowledge that I am being told the truth."

Cobblestone fell out of favor with the advent of motor vehicles. Asphalt and concrete are both much smoother surfaces allowing for a smoother ride. Brick veneer siding is also a long-lasting material, with a lifespan ranging from 50 to 100 years, provided it is properly installed and maintained. To maintain brick veneer, you should scrub it annually with a special detergent and a soft-bristled broom. It's also important to inspect the bricks and mortar regularly and hire a masonry contractor for any necessary repairs, such as fixing worn mortar or bowing bricks.

Stone walls require a more robust foundation, which costs more to install.
