"We had experienced some water damage on our baseboards in the basement. I scheduled an appointment with Jack for a free estimate of necessary services. Jack arrived at the stated time and conducted a complete evaluation of the basement. To my delight the basement was found to be very dry and Jack recommended doing nothing at this time. Honestly, I would have believed someone less honest if told that my basement needed services. This company is very trustworthy and explained exactly why services are not warranted at this time.
