SRS came out to do the estimate as well as the insurance adjuster, they were able to show that the entire roof and siding needed replaced,then got right to work once the insurance gave the go ahead. They were fast, professional and did amazing work. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family"

"I contacted Binnacle Property Management for estimates on several projects. I was really impressed with the timely response I received, unlike two local contractors that were a no show. Binnacle's travel distance was an hour to my home, in which that basically gave me the impression that the customer was going to be top priority. We discussed the projects (carport installation, deck rebuild and deck roof). I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and excellent craftsmanship! Throughout the projects, my decisions were met with readiness. I was impressed with their work, so I decided to have a walkway installed to my shed, yet again, excellent craftsmanship! For future projects, I will definitely contact Binnacle Property Management!"
