"Our rugs came out looking as brand new! Which was no supprize!!! Having tried so many others in the long ago past, we will NEVER use any other carpet cleaner! No other carpet cleaning company can compete and or compare, or even come remotely close! Using Arslanain Brothers for over 15 years now, they have never EVER failed in meeting our expectations. A family run company that has family values! Be assured you will never EVER be disappointed...EVER! I became associated with this wonderful family in the early 1960's as a young child the early Arslanain family members ran a old-fashioned barber shop, received my very first-ever haircut there. Yes this has nothing to do with clean carpets, however it lays the foundation of a long-long standing family, that remains today! Stronger than ever...."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

While caulking is handy for quite a bit of jobs, it’s still limited. Any crack or gap larger than 1/4 inch is best left for a more intensive repair job. When you hire house painters, they should run a thorough check to see what they need to repair before they start the job.

Large repairs that caulking typically won’t do well with include cracks or holes larger than a 1/4 inch, rotted wood, or metal surfaces, such as garage doors.

While an air conditioner can temporarily run with a dirty filter, it is not recommended as it will not work efficiently. A dirty filter forces the system to work harder to circulate cool air, leading to reduced airflow, increased wear and tear, and higher energy bills. This added strain can cause the air conditioner to overheat or fail prematurely. Furthermore, a clogged filter may allow dust and dirt to accumulate in your ductwork, negatively impacting air quality. It is more cost-effective to clean or replace filters regularly than to pay higher utility bills and risk needing to replace the entire AC unit.

Costs depend on unit type, replacement parts, labor, and whether ductwork needs cleaning or adjustments.

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is not legally required for HVAC technicians in most areas, but hiring a professional with this certification is highly recommended. NATE-certified technicians demonstrated their expertise and proficiency in different types of HVAC systems, offering assurance of quality service. It's a voluntary certification, yet it indicates a commitment to professionalism and ongoing training. Choosing a NATE-certified technician often means you're working with someone who is up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, which can lead to better service, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.

You should plan to change your AC unit's filter every one to three months, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. You should also clean the coils at least once per year, but if you have pets or someone in your household has allergies, you might need to clean them more often. Fortunately, many pros will clean the coils and change the filter for you during an inspection, which you should schedule once or twice per year.
