Garage door wouldn't open due to broken springs. Josh, the technician arrived in a timely manner, replaced both springs, answered all our questions, and even helped us with a new remote control that we had bought for the door. Very pleased with the work performed. I'm happy to say that if any garage door repairs etc. are needed in the future, I'll know who to call and will definitely recommend them to friends.

We came home the evening before the service was done, & couldn't get our garage door to open. We discovered that one of the torsion springs had snapped (it's 16 years old). I called the company at about 9:00 PM & left a message with their answering service. Someone from the company called back the next morning, & a technician was at our house by about 1:00 PM the next day. Thankfully we didn't have to work that day, as my husband's car was trapped in the garage; they may have been there even sooner if we had. My husband was home when the service was performed, & said the technician was very nice, & completed the job in about an hour.

This is my second time using this company and I was very happy once again. They were able to fit me in on a day I was already going to be home, so I didn't have to take more time off of work. The technician was extremely nice but did his job very efficiently. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Called on Tuesday for an appointment on Thursday. Their website states someone will always answer the phone. I got the answering machine. Received a call back within 15 minutes. The phone connection was poor. Had to repeat myself many times. Background noise was intrusive. I was advised I would receive a phone call on Thursday when the technician was on his way. I never received that call. The technician never arrived. I called. Again, the connection was poor. They couldn't guarantee a technician would come Friday. Never apologized. As a back up, I called another company. I have never heard from Cox.

The technician called before he arrived and went right to work on arrival. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor. He replaced it and the garage door then worked as it should. I had a very positive experience with the company and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to a friend.

eGreat. They showed up when they said they would and performed the repair and preventive maintenance quickly and professionally. We have used them 4 or 5 times in the 20 years we have lived here and have always been very pleased with their service. Several years ago we thought we would getting a new opener for our garage as the remotes stopped working and our garage door opener is from the early or mid 1960's. Instead of having to replace the entire system, Cox kept trying different remote controls until they found 2 that operated our opener. It took them several days but the cost was much less than a new system would have cost.

Bob was great. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I bought sensors that were compatible with the garage door opener but it would have required changing the brackets. He was able to bring the same sensor model I was using, eliminating the need for new brackets. He looked over the door and lubricated the wheels. Talked with me about annual maintenance, which I knew nothing about. He was very helpful and answered a number of other questions I had about the opener and door. I definitely would use his company again.

My garage door would not open even though the motor was running. The technician was prompt, courteous and totally professional. He repaired the garage door opener at a minimal expense. He did not try to sell me things that I didn't need or try to make me offers that I didn't want as other companies have done. When I had originally called about the problem, the gentleman that I spoke with was honest and extremely helpful. He started out trying to save me money for the repair by offering suggestions about ways that I might try to adjust the garage door opener myself to even avoid a repair. I would highly recommend this company. I have dealt with other companies and this one is by far the best!!!
