"When having our gutters cleaned, we realized that the underground drain from the house to the street was blocked. We contacted All County to try to have the drain snaked, but when he arrived, it was determined that the type of pipe used was not going to allow for snaking. We discussed options and decided to get on their schedule to have a new drainage line installed. All County came back about 2 weeks later and dug a trench from the street to the garage behind the house. They layed 110 feet of 4 inch, higher strength PVC drain lines and connected them to each of 3 downspouts. They then refilled the trench and verified the drainage. This was the 3rd occassion on which we've had All County to our home for plumbing issues; we definitely plan to keep calling them when needed."

At first he told us it would be possible to schedule the work on a Saturday, but as it turned out they were able to complete it the same week he came out. Jake worked right along with his workmen. They did a wonderful job of correcting the bowed and cracked wall. The lifetime, transferable warranty was welcome news. The price was much less than anticipated. "Doug  was very prompt on his scheduled arrival and provided detailed info on what he said he would do to fix my drain pipe cap problem and to remove my hot water tank. He quoted to me the cost to do what I wanted done and the approxiate cost to fix the pipe if the first option did not work.
In the end , his bill was for the same quoted price minus the Aungie's list discount. He was very efficient and polite and professional in his work and I strongly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service.
