This went on for a couple of months. I saw this company advertised on HomeAdvisor, called them one day, and they were here the next day. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a fair price. They had time left before Jim Cole, the mgr. returned to do a final inspection.. In that time they repaired my front screen door for no extra charge. If you are looking for reliability and professionally completed work, you could do no better than to hire this company. I would make the recommendation that when floors are mopped they do a rinse as well as I noticed some streaking and water spotted areas. Otherwise things looked great"

When they discovered that part of the sub-floor had badly rotted (due to a bad leak from some years ago), the owner stepped in to coordinate replacing it and getting the job back on track.
