Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

"They were punctual and polite. The security system was installed properly. The only problem is our camera installation. The camera can only use wifi network, and they couldn't use Ethernet outlet above the garage installed by the builder. I wish they have told me they had to drill a hole on our brand new brick wall above the garage, and they actually couldn't get through the wall, so the drilling was totally unnecessary and waste of time. They ended up using the camera to cover the hole without giving me any solution to this damage. The camera didn't work before and after they left, and I had sent messages and called the company to get some answers. They finally told me I have to buy a wifi extender to get the camera to work five days later. I had to get the wifi extender, since we are stuck with this company for three years contract, and there is a damage on our brick wall covered by their camera. The camera finally worked. I didn't know they can just make some damages to your house and pretend there was nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to other people. They are not professional.

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
