Everything went smooth and was exactly what they quoted

Great service and price. Was told by another auto repair service that AC clutch was bad and needed to replace entire system. Mr. Mechanic checked it out, charged the system and it works great!

Okay, but expensive.

Chris and everyone at Mr Mechanic are awesome. I would highly recommend them for any car services. They can diagnose those difficult issues and fix only what needs to be repaired. They do quick work and have great pricing. Chris has been great at communicating the issue and the solutions and keeping me updated on the cars progress.

They do good a job and were very responsive. Quick with the work. 

My fuse block was bad so they ended up replacing it. 

Great. The staff is friendly, hard working, and easy to talk to.

I originally thought I had a lifter problem, turns out it was just broken bolts on the manifold. I say just as if they were going to be easy to get to, they weren't. They did an outstanding job and I can't remember the last time the truck sounded this good. I didn't get the truck as back as fast as I wanted, then again I wanted it back the same day and I didn't even have an appointment. So you can see I can be unreasonably demanding at times. So that doesn't reflect on their service at all, just me.  Actually did the job for $150 less than the estimate, can't complain about that.
They had my HHR the week before for a broken tensioning pulley, something I would normally do myself if it wasn't front wheel drive and barely enough room for an elf to get his/her/its hand in there. They did a great job there as well.

When we noticed the maintenance light on our dash, we took our car in for a checkup (we weren't due for an oil change for another 1,000 miles, and didn't seem to have any issues with the car). We told the mechanic to go ahead and change the oil (probably the reason for the maintenance light) and let us know what other repairs may be needed. Mr. Mechanic thoroughly checked our car, and determined that no work needed to be performed (they assumed that the quick oil change company probably just didn't reset the maintenance light after the last oil change). They recommended waiting on an oil change (since we weren't due for another 1,000 miles), and some upcoming service that we would need, but advised that it wasn't necessary at the moment. Some mechanics would have went ahead and performed services requested (even if unnecessary). I appreciate that Mr. Mechanic is always honest about work that needs to be done immediately (and what can wait for a later date). We will continue to have all of our cars serviced by this fantastic, honest mechanic!

He has really high ratings. They are honest, and especially if I was looking at diagnostic work done, and it being honestly done, they would give an honest answer to what may or may not be wrong. He won't do work that is not needed. He did some things that I think he forgot to bill for, and he didn't go back and charge me for it. It was minor. We had a couple of phone calls before he went to a certain point, and at bench marking the process. It was done when he said it would be done. He was very thorough, and he did a follow up on what he had done. I have another car that I need some diagnostic work done on, and I will use him for that.

Mr Mechanic does a great job troubleshooting problems, repairing them and offering a guarantee. They have taken care of our three cars for several years. Their prices seem to be more than competitive.
