"This was the second remodel I had Dover do for me. The first was in 2008, and was a major remodel with almost every room in my house affected. On the first remodel, I had a bedroom added over the garage, my family room and master bedroom over the FM extended, and my upstairs bathroom reconfigured, adding a shower and soaking tub instead of just a tub. Little details like crown molding, changing all of the existing doors to 6-panel doors, new woodwork, new windows, siding, roof, etc. were also done. I cannot even express how pleased I am 6 years later with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism that Dover gave me. The crew had to work around me, my mom, my 4 dogs, 2 cats and a bird, because with all the animals I needed to continue living in my home as it was remodeled. I was updated on the schedule daily, and any new changes were always added into the contract and completed. I was not even hesitant for one minute in rehiring Dover to remodel my basement three years later. Again, the work was done completely to my satisfaction. I was totally satisfied with everyone From Dover, from the designer who started the project with me, to the crew, the outside companies brought in by Dover, and even the clean up crew who came around at the end of every day to keep things neat. I would gladly hire Dover Home Remodelors again, however, they have done all the rooms in my house, so I have no further jobs for them at the moment. I am so pleased with my finished home. It is now exactly as I always envisioned it could be."
