"Be Blessed remodeled most of the bathroom; they replaced the floor, repaired leaks in the ceiling and installed a new fan, replaced the toilet, hung a wall cabinet, installed a new double vanity and upgraded the plumbing, and fixed many imperfections in the walls and ceilings and then painted. Everything is beautiful and their attention to detail and things right impressed us a great deal, as well as their commitment to completing the job in a timely manner. We wish we had hired them to complete the new shower as well. The bathroom is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely hire them for more home improvements, especially when it comes time to do a complete remodel for our kitchen."

"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done."

"Tim provided an estimate for the project and it was completed within the estimate, plus additional extra jobs. Excellent work completed by Tim and his team, all whom were very professional and very trustworthy. With Tim you get the bonus of having a friend also. Work area was thoroughly clean after each step. I will definitely call TimCo over and over again."

"The team did an amazing job! They were able to squeeze us into their schedule very quickly! They showed up on time everyday, they worked very quickly and efficiently to get the job done! They went above and beyond to make everything look amazing! We have a very old house and a lot of things are uneven. Josh and Jess did an outstanding job of making the room look brand new! We couldn’t be happier with the work they did on the walls and ceiling! They were very diligent in cleaning up each day after their work was done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can’t wait to continue our home remodel with these guys! We will definitely have them back to help make our dreams a reality! Josh’s attention to detail is outstanding!"

"It went very well.  He was very detail oriented and there were no hidden costs.  The bathroom turned out even better than we imagined.  We were on vacation when he worked on the bathroom and when we came home our bathroom was nicer than the resort we were staying at!  He had a lot of great ideas and was willing to work with us on what we wanted.  The subcontractors that came in were great as well."

"Office staff is always available for help. No job is too small or too big. They are responsive to our needs for service requests from roofing to foundations. All aspects of home repairs have been done professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend Marketplace Homes for all your property management needs regarding property repairs and maintenance."

"Our concrete porch was out of alignment with the roof of the porch, so John was able to adjust the placement of the new posts to make the project look perfect. This was the second project that Clover Creek did for us, and we have already talked with them about our next job. I would recommend this company."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. James and his crew removed our old asphalt driveway to create a new, expanded concrete driveway that completely blew away our expectations. From the finishing of the concrete, to the clean up/reseeding process, and to the always open line of communication, James went above and beyond. The entire crew were wonderful to work with and would highly recommend to anyone in need of concrete work!"
