"When your A/C quits working and it's 90 degrees you want help fast. They came quickly; diagnosed the issue; ordered parts and came back the next day to fix the problem(s). They even offered a portable a/c system while I waited for the next day parts. I didn't take the portable but appreciated the offer. Working fine now and its been 24 hours so I think it is all good. Pricing was fair under the circumstances. I'd recommend them. They showed me some video of how they do duct cleaning in case I wanted a quote on that. Pretty cool. Nice guys."

"The warrior cleaned two furnace systems in our double. it took him about 5 hours or more. plan on cleaning up everything around the registers after the ducts are cleaned. There was a significant amount of dirt on the floor around the registers after wards. He found big chunks of plaster in our air ducts, i am very glad we spent the money to get both systems cleaned out good."

"We had our ducts cleaned by another company 15 years ago and thought they did a fairly decent job. We were shocked at the amount of drywall, nails and lots of dust that Productive removed. Just to let you know - it is very loud. They drill a couple of holes in the ducts and hook up a vacuum to it. The vacuum is very effective and loud.
