ROBINSON WATER SYSTEMS

We had a full house RO system installed several years ago by another company. We were having issues with the system, found Robinson Water Systems on the internet. Tony came in, replaced the actual RO and removed several filters that were unnecessary. He cleaned up the clutter and everything works great. He even came back a week later to ensure everything was working correctly. Thank you for all your work and attention. Highly recommend this company.

Mr. Robinson talked to me about what I needed before he came to look at my existing softener. When he came to look at my existing system, he tested my existing system and water. He had the new system with him that I needed based on our phone conversation. He did the complete install that same evening-I didn’t need to schedule more time off from work!! He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Final price was below what I was expecting, too. Very professional and very polite. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Troy was great! Once I explained things, he went right about checking our softener system and then the water. Things seemed to be in good shape and all, but we definitely had an iron issue in the water. He went back downstairs and within minutes he found the reason! Came up and said it was our lucky day! A TINY piece of material was stuck in something that measures water going into the softener; has two tiny holes in it and one was plugged. . At regeneration times only HALF of water was allowed in and softened. He took care of it, explained everything, offered us future services BUT WAS NOT pushy! He totally fixed our problem in a half hour!

The work went exceptionally well. Troy, the company owner, was the first of the potential Angie's List contractors to come out to the house to make a proposal and bid. After speaking with him, I cancelled the other 2 contractors I had scheduled; that's how good he and his recommendations were. I cannot say if Robinson was the least expensive because not all water filtration equipment is the same. I feel that I got an excellent system that was reasonably priced. The installation was flawless and I'm "one of those customers" who watches the entire process closely. I get the feeling Troy's performance would have been the same if I wouldn't have even been home. The system has been operating now for over a week and has been delivering excellent quality water. We are really appreciating the difference. Thanks, Troy!!!

These guys were very sincere, honest and up-front about everything needed for the install. They are very informational and answer all questions! Would highly recommend and were very neat and clean.

We hired Troy to install a reverse osmosis system in our home in 1999. He has come back ever year to 18 months since then to check the system and replace the filters. Troy does exceptionally good work. He is always courteous, professional and just an all-around good guy. He is very trustworthy. We have recommended him to our friends and family the latest being our daughter when she moved to another city.

Communication prior to visit went well. Some difficulty scheduling appointment, required several calls back and forth. Appointments are given in 4 hour time frames, but I asked for specific appointment time on the day of scheduled appointment and they were able to confirm an exact time. Duane was the service provider and I was very impressed. He spent a great deal of time assessing and explaining my water system to me (this is my first well water system) as well as reporting what needed to be fixed. CLEANED UP WELL- ASKED THAT THEY COME ON SHORT NOTICE AT OUR REQUEST THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THE HOUR GAVE US FILTER CHANGE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE VERY COMPENTENT IN THEIR TRADE! WILL USE AGAIN!
