Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. "Leaf filters were installed quickly and the job looks to be done extremely well. Approximately half the cost that some of the other companies were quoting. No rain yet, so I can't attest to how they function when there's water, but it's keeping the sticks, acorns, and leaves out from what I can see. My only criticism would be when the sales person was at the house they said the gutters would be re-pitched, and the old hangers (spikes) would be replaced. When the folks came to install the leaf filters I was informed this was not possible due to how my gutters were originally installed. Thus several sags in my gutters would remain. This seems like something they could have determined on the initial visit. I did talk to the project manager, and was told if it gives me issues in the future to give them a call."

The raccoon was never trapped, but they came and put a temporary cover over a hole the raccoon made and left a camera to see if the raccoon would return and they are coming back out in a couple of weeks to make permanent repairs. Just hoping the raccoon does not come back."
