I do subcontracting work for Sherwin Williams Floor Covering, M-Five Construction, Poshedley Floor Covering. I take care of my van, my tools and my appearance. I'm polite as well as animal friendly. "My Kitchen tile was installed 18 years ago.  I had it professionally cleaned once before about 5 years ago. Before this cleaning, the grout was very dirty in high traffic areas, although the tile itself did not look that dirty. Downey Clean provided the cleaning solution from a tank on their truck. They did not use any water from my house. The solution did not smell and was not messy. The technician worked quietly. It took about an hour. My tile area was larger than the 200 sq. feet specified. I paid $75.00 extra for 75 extra sq. feet. I think this was a reasonable price. When the technician left, the tile was almost dry enough to walk on. He was not able to do anything about the a few areas where the grout was missing. The only issue I saw was that he did not open the doors in the hallway to other rooms; leaving about one-quarter inch of grout uncleaned under the doors. In the future, I will make sure that all doors are open off the hallway when I have the tile cleaned. Otherwise, the grout looks great and the tile looks brighter.
