"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."

"It was a Big Deal purchase worth $77 for professional air duct cleaning. It turned out to be $377. It was fine. The people I worked with seemed hardworking. They were actually out of the area so they came in to the Cleveland area to do work. When we finally got an appointment, they showed up on time. They did good job. I would probably use them again."
