Brandon was very accommodating in staging them elsewhere on the property during the 2 weeks of waterproofing, and then prepping their return to the area. "He used a device which measured the amount of moisture in our basement walls, and inspected a crack in the corner wall.  That was followed by measuring the distances that would have to be excavated.  We discussed our cement front porch which could be cut, or entirely torn out and replaced (due to pre existing cracks).    He also gave me a brochure with pictures of cement patterns.  
The proposed work is very expensive, which we were told was due to the need for hand digging rather than the use of machinery.  We will get other assessments before deciding whether or not we need to perform the proposed job.
