Do not hire this landscaping co uses the cheapest most garbage sod & seconds he could buy from Santa Teresa sod farms 2nd year and the grass is pathetic no matter how much we water, fertilizer, its still ugly. Never bothers to come out to look at it, makes no suggestions, nothing. Hire at your own risk. Very unhappy customer.

Not at all pleased 2nd year of growth and the grass looks pathetic no matter what we do it looks terrible. No help from installer never showed up. Inferior grass installed 1000 sq ft fro a sod farm in Santa Teresa nm. Terrible I inferior bernuda..

We were very happy in the beginning after sod adhered to soil but as time went on we realize the 2nd year the grass he chose easeither an inferior quality bermuda or 2nds. Our grass looks pitiful, owner days hell stop by to look at it and he never does. I won't recommend him to anyone wanting to install a yard and grass. Unhappy customer. The grass came from Santa Teresa and is pure garbage.

Awesome job by Navarroâ s Landscaping! My home front yard was just completed by them and it looks great. I am very happy with the concrete laying/stamping and how they made it look better than Iâ d have hoped. The price was fair, and Juan and his team are the hardest workers Iâ ve hired so far in El Paso and have attention to detail in the process. Plus, the project was completed ahead of time!! I will definitely work with them for a future backyard or driveway project.

Juan was very professional and went the extra mile to satisfy us his customers. They installed stamped concrete that looks beautiful along with regular concrete. They also refurbished a pergola and sealed my flagstone backyard. Finally they installed our beautiful artificial grass. Everything looks beautiful.

Juan and the crew were the hardest working people I have seen in El Paso! They took my backyard that was in awful shape from a contractor 3 years ago and gave my my paradise! We hired Navarro's Landscaping to pour a 29' X 45' concrete slab for a basketball court as well as an extension for our patio. All of the workers were polite and respectful, cleaned up after themselves since they worked through lunch and we provided pizza and water, and were efficient in their different tasks. They showed up the first day to frame the pour area, arrived early the day of "pouring" and finished leveling, and completed both jobs in one day. Juan was willing to price match another company who'd offered us a lower rate, and then went above and beyond by offering to pour the patio free of charge (concrete amount and truck rental would have been the same regardless), and did the acid stain for only an additional $300 (for material cost). At the end, we asked if they'd be willing to insert the tube for the basketball goal into a 4' hole and fill it all with concrete, and he agreed for a low price that surprised us. I'm more than satisfied with their job, and I'm excited to be working with them at a later time for our fencing. Great company, and amazing group of guys.

Juan is great! When we first started looking for landscape and concrete contractors for our backyard, he was the first to come out promptly on time and on the date scheduled, and he always answered our phone calls, we then looked into several other contractors just to compare, and we went back to our first option and decided on Navarro’s landscape because of the PROFESSIONALISM AND PUNCTUALITY AND FOLLOW THROUGH that Juan provided with fast and easy appointments for him to come out and give us an estimate as soon as possible (which we could not say for other contracting companies who would give us 1-2 week waiting times just to send someone to give an estimate, Juan came out the very next day!) and he did not take long at all to give us an estimate (which other contractors take 1-4 wks or they didn’t even follow through at all and forgot about us!) so it was a no brainer to choose Navarro’s landscape because we felt comfortable w Juan and his follow through and attentiveness which made us hopeful for his work. Once we got started on the project, they completed my very large yard in exactly 2 wks!! Which was mind blowing for the amount of work that we asked for! I was extremely pleased w how fast it got done and how BEAUTIFUL everything came out! It was exactly how I pictured it and EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR (Juan took time to understand my ideas and concept and he NAILED IT! I was nervous at first because it is our first home and we had saved money for a while to have the backyard of our dreams but they did not disappoint! They placed stained concrete in my yard which was beautiful and also some planters and a unique concrete design that I asked for, they also laid down SOD in our yard and it is VERY NICE I was nervous about the quality because there are different levels of sod and some look cheap or dry but the one we chose was PERFECT AND VERY GREEN AND FULL AND LAID DOWN NICELY with no irregularities or issues! Navarro’s landscape and design EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and I would DEFINATELY recommend them to everyone in El Paso area (considering there is a lot of other very shady contractors in this area). We will definately be using Navarro’s landscape and concrete again for our future plans and recommend them to our friends and family ! Thank you Juan and your entire team especially you and your father! he is also great and explained everything and very kind!

They always answered their phone. Came out early to do an estimate, and they worked fast to complete the project.

Work crew showed up on-time to clear, pour, and smooth the concrete. Juan is very busy, but courteous and efficient with his and the customer's time.

When we moved into our pre-owned home our front yard had a brick and concrete construction that was probably at least 20 years old, was beginning to fall apart, and was not pleasing to the eye in our opinion. We hired Navarro's to demolish the old construction and convert our landscape to a more modern style. They completed the difficult job in three days which included using a bobcat and a large dump truck to haul away the debris, and when three trees needed special attention after the old construction was removed they built planters around each one so we can provide water to the roots which are now two or three feet above ground level. Juan is very accommodating, and his crew was very professional.

You can talk to the contractor and specify exactly what you want and they guarantee to satisfy. I'm a female single head of household and finding reliable affordable help is very hard but home advisor made this a snap

Juan was prompt, courteous and very professional. He arrived promptly and stayed with his crew until the job was completed. I would not hesitate to hire him again .

They were amazing! Very professional and courteous. Got the project done quickly and explained every step. I had no concerns with them. Cleaned up their mess everyday even though we told them it was ok to leave a mess! Great people. I highly recommend Navarro Landscaping.

Overall great could have been more flexible with payment options

Juan is very professional in quoting a job & timeframe. I felt VERY comfortable dealing with him. However..... I hired him to install a Stamped Colored Concrete Patio. The concrete was not the color I specified. He blamed it on the concrete company (it costs more for colored concrete thru & thru) so they poured it anyway. Juan insisted "Don't say anything until you see the finished product". So I kept my mouth shut. By the next morning it had hardened to obviously the wrong color. So he applied a colored stain in a recovery attempt to match the original color choice. Now wherever it chips or is scraped, the yellow (wrong color) shows thru. The stamped pattern was already going crooked (and VERY IRREGULAR) after the first 8 or 10 feet, and continued crooked. Stamped pattern spills out onto the 6" wide smooth border in many places, with 1/2" depth variance. But what really got me is the stress lines - they didn't use a straight edge and man are they crooked, curved, nearly 1" depth variance. Looks like a child laid them out. Also several stain spills / overruns in non-colored areas. He had a 3" depth to work with, and there are arcs in the finished concrete where the steel security doors stuck. I had to grind the concrete down 1/4" so the doors would close! There's sure no gap / space for any outside doormat. This could've turned out beautiful had they not been in such a RUSH to get done & leave.....they DO HAVE THE ABILITY. But here, there was little attn to any detail. Careless "Rustic" is NOT what I paid for. After the job I texted these disappointments to Juan. His reply was "Thank you for your opinions". Forgot to mention that a 3" door stoop was included in the price quote,, but the day of the job, he insisted it wasn't necessary - my patio is now the same level as the kitchen floor inside. I hope we never get another monsoon like 8 or 10 yrs ago - There was no adjustment in price from the $4,000 quoted & paid. I am beyond disappointed. BTW, They did show up on time...... I regret having to leave feedback like this, however it's truthful, and accurate. If I could post pics, I would, so you could see.

Juan was great! From the start, he was prompt with phonecalls/ estimates and finally the actual job. His workers are equally hardworking and did a great job for our yard! We had a few estimates with other contractors and Juan was by far the most professional and reasonable in terms of pricing. He finished the job exactly on time and made our yard look beautiful (it was a mess before Juan came!) Highly recommend and will hire again.

Navarro did a great job, good customer service and reasonable price. Good cleanup afterwards. Also did extra (Sealed my design walkway) Will definitely use him again and will highly recommend.

We had a design in mind for our backyard,juan made suggestions to adjust the design. Completed in three days just like he said and we also added a couple of extras he put in our design.We were really pleased with the way it came out. Mr. Navarro had excellent customer service and was on time every day and finished the project in the time agreed on. I would definitely hire them for any future projects.

Juan gave me an estimate for a stamped patio and walkway and not only did he do a good job, but he also cleaned my backyard and left everything looking very clean. He is young, but he maintains a very professional attitude and strives to give you a high level of customer service. While laying the concrete we had a rainstorm and he sent some one to check on job and then followed up later in person. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
