We met with Matt for the estimate, and he walked us through all the possibilities and options (both good and bad). Most of our waiting was for the manufacturer once we decided to buy a 12x20 motorized awning with screen. Total time from buy to install was 4-5 weeks. The installers came out, and installed and cleaned up in under 2 hours. Product works great and performs as expected."

We install Under Deck Ceilings underneath elevated decks to make a nice dry, bright living space . We can add lights and fans during the installation. This area can also be used for storage.

"Dusty and his crew did an amazing job with our deck, replacing an old (and lesser quality) plastic ceiling with his more durable and beautiful aluminum system. Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!"

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

Hold off on walking across your freshly stained deck for at least 24 to 48 hours and even longer before setting down furniture or planters. Drying time can stretch depending on humidity and temperature, so give it extra time when in doubt. Also, remember that even though your stained deck may feel dry to the touch, it can take 24 hours to one week to cure fully, based on the type of stain used.

Like the choice of stain vs. paint, your deck color is entirely up to you. By consulting color theory, you can make choosing a house and deck color combination much easier. Many people choose a darker color for their deck because it doesn’t show dirty footprints or other marks from daily wear and tear as much as a crisp white or other light color.

It’s a good idea to sand your porch before painting. This will remove loose or chipped paint and debris, and give you a cleaner surface so that your new paint goes on smoothly. But if the existing surface is in good condition, it’s not necessary to sand your porch before you paint.

Whether you can paint over your existing paint depends on what’s on there. Most of the time, you’ll want to sand down or scrape off the paint that’s currently coating your surface. Epoxy paint, for example, won’t let new paint stick to the surface. Latex paint is more forgiving and will accept a new coat, but a primer is recommended if you’re switching colors.

Waterproof paint creates a barrier to hold back moisture, but it doesn’t eliminate the source of the water.
