The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!"
