the  technician was polite and professional.  It took two days for the carpets to completely dry and 2-3 days after that, I noticed several areas where there was a light brown discoloration. 

I called Downey clean back and they are planning on sending someone out next week to look at the problem.

"Ryan Farnsworth and his father Ron both exceeded my expectations to the highest level. I could not be happier with the job and service they provided for me. Recently, I had to have new windows installed in this room which was badly neglected due to moisture and insects. The window installer did a great job with the windows, but they of course could not finish the inside of the room to make it useful. I was only able to complete 1/2 the room due to cost, but they will be more than welcome to come back when I'm ready to complete it."
