the  technician was polite and professional.  It took two days for the carpets to completely dry and 2-3 days after that, I noticed several areas where there was a light brown discoloration. 

I called Downey clean back and they are planning on sending someone out next week to look at the problem.

Recently, I had to have new windows installed in this room which was badly neglected due to moisture and insects. The window installer did a great job with the windows, but they of course could not finish the inside of the room to make it useful. I was only able to complete 1/2 the room due to cost, but they will be more than welcome to come back when I'm ready to complete it."
