Every step was carefully planned and executed. He kept to the time lines established and managed all of his trades well. The job site was left clean at the end of every day. We received daily updates on the progress and were contacted immediately when decisions needed to be made. Jeff listened to what we wanted and advised us on the best products and finishes for our project. He also worked to keep us comfortable and safe in our home during the renovation by setting up a temporary kitchen for us to use and mandating procedures for workers necessary during the pandemic. The quality of work was excellent and we appreciated the time and effort spent to preserve and enhance the 1920s charm of our home. We are 100% satisfied with the finished project which included an entirely brand new kitchen, removal of a wall, refinishing all of the floors and painting all of walls and wood trim on the first floor, refacing the fireplace and installing new patio doors as well as a new hot water heater. "The work was fine and I really like what they did. The trouble is, he does not answer or return phone calls and if he does, he'll promise anything but doesn't follow through. My suggestion is use them, they're good. But hold some money back and make sure they do what was promised before you pay in full. They promised a year guarantee on the plants and he has not replaced any that died. I'm tired pf this fight and figure I'll just eat the $100+ I lost in plants. Lesson learned."

"We had a inground pool installed this past year by Chad Zaber construction The planning, the workmanship and finished product were nothing short of outstanding. All deadlines were met or exceeded, which is a very rare thing to happen in todayâ  s world with a shortage of labor. Chad laid out a plan, communicated the plan and delivered. I would highly recommend Zaber construction for any inground pool or any other construction projects that he does. Chad is a rarity in todayâ  s unstable contractor world. Also the follow up throughout the summer and through the closing on the pool was outstanding. Chad had great follow up and answers any questions that we needed throughout the season.
