"They arrived on time. Went right to work and did a very professional job. My backyard looks amazing. Only problem was -- I did not know until.after they left -they nicked the cable line and I lost cable and internet. Spectrum found the problem after two hours of investigating. . "Robert at Artium replaced a ceiling light for us. The old light was at least 50 years old and had been installed incorrectly. Robert explained what he had to do, took the old light down, repaired the insulation on a couple of the old wires and installed the light correctly. He is very friendly and courteous. The work was done when promised and his rate is very reasonable, probably on the low end. We will use him on our next electrical projects."

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
